Description: This program is designed to equip professionals in credit and investment departments, as well as those involved in feasibility studies and project evaluations, with a comprehensive understanding of the legal dimensions of credit and financing. It incorporates recent advancements in credit theory and legislative reforms, drawing on an in-depth analysis of the Central Bank of Egypt and Banking Sector Law No. 194 of 2020, the latest rulings from the Court of Cassation, and the Central Bank of Egypt's guidelines on credit allocation protocols. Additionally, it explores practical solutions to common challenges, enabling participants to effectively address a significant portion of the credit and banking issues they may encounter in their roles.
