Training Managers and other respectful members who would like for their employees to benefit from our large E-Learning Library, can contact us through our hotline and provide our customer care representative with the desired course they'd like to enquire about, and leave their contact info, and the right person should contact you back at the soonest.

We appreciate your interest in our courses, only few courses are available at no cost. You can enroll yourself to these courses right from the comfort of your home. However, for the rest of the courses you can enroll yourself upon paying the course fees.

You will be enrolled to the paid course immediately. If not, please communicate the payment receipt using live chat or by sending mail to Execution@ebi.gov.eg .

Please send an email with the below information to: Execution@ebi.gov.eg so they can assist you in solving the issue. - Full clarification of the problem - Contact Details: Full Name, Email and Mobile number - Screenshot attachment of the problem.

Please send an email to: FinancialDept@ebi.gov.eg with your full Name, email , mobile number and the program you are registered in and our dedicated team will be in contact with you.

The program's license is the duration of time availed for you to study the program. For example, if the program is more than an hour, you can complete it over the course of a month, 3 months, or 6 months, depending on your license subscription.

We're really sorry you've experienced such an incident. There are many possible reasons that could have led you to loose progress. If EBI assigned support person haven't already communicated a schedule content update or system update to you, we urge you to check your connection at the time you close the course. (Note: this is just an example and these are not real troubleshooting steps for all cases).
