Description: Upon completion of this program, participants, a diverse group of professionals and employees from various industries and sectors, or new entrants to the workforce with 0-5 years of experience, will be able to recognize the importance of teamwork and collaboration in the workplace, and utilize effective communication and listening skills to solve problems and make collective decisions.

Objective: 

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

• Recognize the importance of teamwork and team building.

• Utilize effective communication and listening skills.

• Identify the steps involved in group decision-making using the RAPID model.
