Description: This program is designed for learners who are interested in building strong relationships and successfully managing the customer journey will be able to identify the stages of the customer journey, understand the importance of each stage, design effective customer journeys that meet customer needs and deliver positive experiences, and evaluate the impact of the overall customer experience on customer retention and satisfaction. This will be achieved through educational videos and interactive activities.


Objective: 

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:   

• Define the concept of the customer journey and understand the importance of improving the customer experience.

• Identify the characteristics and importance of each stage of the customer journey.

• Determine how to develop and improve the performance of organizational employees in the customer journey.

• Define customer satisfaction and loyalty and how to measure them using various metrics.
