Description: Upon completion of this program, recent graduates with 0-2 years of experience will be able to comprehend the fundamental concepts of decision-making. This includes recognizing different types of decisions, identifying influencing factors, understanding the basic steps involved in decision-making, and learning effective decision-making techniques applicable to both professional and personal life. Participants' performance will be evaluated through practical assessments.

Objective:

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

• Identify the elements of the decision-making process and various tools used.

• Determine the objective of a decision and conduct information gathering

• Differentiate between the evidence supporting various options and weigh their importance.

• Sequence the steps for making a sound decision and evaluate the decision using general indicators.
